An orientation program has been arranged for the candidates participating for Mangaluru Udyogamela at KPT, Mangalore from 9:00 a.m to 4:00 p.m on the 10th of Feburary, 2018
a) Atleast 10 copies of Biodata
b) Atleast 10 Passport size photographs
c) Original and atleast 10 xerox copies of Degree Certificate
d) Original and atleast 10 xerox copies of Marks card
e) Candidates who have registered online should bring the ID Number along with all the above documents
The Corporate Career Profiling (CCP) which is possible because of on-line registration of the candidates. The relevant information is captured from the aspirants during the online registration process and then aligned with the companies’ manpower requirements. The companies therefore can focus better on their target segment which leads to an effective recruitment and selection process.
This venture is purely cause driven and there will be no money charged to either the candidate or to the company. The sole focus of this drive is to increase employment opportunities.
Employability Enhancement Centre is a dedicated assessment and counselling wing comprising of more than 100 counsellors, comprising of trainers, faculties and other members. The primary responsibility of the counsellors is to provide clarity on the industry/ company requirements to match them with candidate’s aspirations/qualifications. The cell also works on preparing the applicants on interview skills. The centre would have various help desks based on qualification of the candidates.
The job aspirants will be segregated as per the company’s specified requirements. The companies initially specify the requirements of the candidates on the basis of their qualifications, the skill sets that they expect in their prospective employees. Also the data of candidates would be supplied to the companies as per their requirements throughout the year.
This is based on the candidate qualifications like SSLC, PUC, ITI, Diploma, graduation, post-graduation, medical, paramedical and engineering graduates. A colour card based on the qualification would be issued to every registered candidate at their respective qualification counters. The same colours will be also displayed on the company banners based on the company’s manpower requirements.
